Westcon Acquires Agility AS

The acquisition demonstrates Westcon’s commitment to maintaining a strong presence in the oil and gas market, particularly in the fabrication of subsea modules.

The transition is subject to approval from the competition authorities and is expected to be formally completed by mid-January 2025.
