Westcon Løfteteknikk (WCL) has completed their J.D. Neuhaus air hoist range in their rental pool, with the long awaited 100 ton air hoist.
The total supplier of lifting gear and services can now offer a complete selection of JDN air hoists, ranging from 125kg to 100 tons.
Sales Manager, Harald Våga, says this opens up new potential customers who have a great need for big hoists.
- The offshore industry as a whole, as well as the energy sector which is under development, will have great use of these.
Because getting one's hands on 100 ton air hoists today isn't an easy task. Våga explains that there is limited availability of the 40, 60 and 100 ton hoists in the Norwegian and European markets.
-We are very proud to be one of the few suppliers in Norway and Europe who can offer these air hoists. This opens up an even bigger market for us, along the Norwegian coast, as well as in Europe.
These hoists, with their adjustable lifting heights, are very popular among WCL's customers. The new hoists with a lifting capacity of up to 100 tons opens up a larger customer range for the supplier and provides an even better offer to existing customers.
-Our air hoist rental pool is now complete, according to the range JDN offers. The offshore industry, BOP Handling Systems, shipbuilding industry and the energy industry will have good use of these new, 100 ton hoists we now have in our rental pool. This gives us opportunities in even bigger markets in Norway and Europe.
