ISPS – Information sheet for arrivals
Westcon is an ISPS "Port Facility". Security measures as specified in the ISPS code are established. This implies that Westcon have to practice a strict access control, and control of all supplies and goods that are being brought into the yard and on board ISPS ships and rigs. All personnel who shall enter the yard area and on board must have a valid Westcon ID card. The card must be carried visible at all times. Vehicles must have a “Kjøreseddel” (permit to drive). All vessels must register mandatory arrival and departure information in SafeSeaNet Norway. This information is forwarded to individual Norwegian authorities and ports in accordance with national regulations. SafeSeaNet Norway complies with EU Directives 2002/59 and 2010/65.
